Whilst Boconnion has become a successful wedding venue it is also available for exclusive hire for different events and retreats. You can choose to have exclusive hire of both the houses and grounds, or opt for the Georgian Manor House or Boconnion Barton separately.

It’s been wonderful to see so many happy couples tie the knot and dance the night away at Boconnion. The houses and grounds lend themselves perfectly to a country wedding in Cornwall and it’s been my pleasure to help brides and grooms plan their big day. Holiday Accommodation at Boconnion
Get the family together or organise a big group of friends and head to Cornwall for your holiday. The estate is situated in the peaceful countryside of north Cornwall, secluded yet only a short drive from the bustling town of Bodmin and the sandy beaches of Polzeath and Daymer. With enough onsite amenities to keep everyone happy, plus plenty of woodland walks in the area, Boconnion is a wonderful place for a week away.
The Manor House and the Barton Barn are available, together or separately, for short term lets all year round for a minimum 4 night stay. The Georgian Manor House accommodates up to 15 in grand but relaxed style and comes with a well maintained tennis court, heated swimming pool and 4 acres of lawns and gardens. Al fresco dining is available on the terrace outside the house or up by the pool and the fire pits will ensure you always stay warm.
The Barton offers relaxed rural accommodation for up to 12 and comes with extensive lawns, a wood fired hot-tub, a trampoline and open sided barn with table tennis table and a terrace for eating al fresco. Inside the Barton the new Sonos sound system and pool table will sure that you are always entertained.

Set the scene for your special occasion or anniversary with Boconnion as the backdrop. Our houses and grounds are beautiful whatever the season; spring welcomes the lambs in the fields and blossoms on the trees; summer finds the estate bathed in sunlight and the perfect opportunity to dip in the pool; autumn is a glorious array of gold and red; winter means roaring open fires and magical snow.
If you’re looking for exclusive venue hire in Cornwall for a wedding anniversary, a special birthday, a long overdue family get-together or simply a big celebration, the Boconnion estate is comprised of accommodation that can sleep up to 27 people, a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, tennis courts and acres of natural grounds.
