Boconnion Exclusive Hire
Our exclusive package includes a two night stay with use of the Manor House, Barton Farmhouse, The Stables and Lower Hill for 44 guests.
The Barton Barn is available for your ceremony and wedding breakfast with a seating capacity of 90 on one floor. It can also accommodate up to 250 over two floors for your evening festivities.

Fully licensed, stocked, and manned bar in the Barton Barn Bar for drinks as guests arrive between 4 pm - 11:30 pm, an hour before your ceremony and throughout your wedding day until midnight.

Planning your Wedding at Boconnion
Boconnion is the perfect blank canvas to create your wedding, your way. Our prices include support from independent Cornwall wedding planner, Caroline Griffiths, who will be on hand throughout the planning process to talk through ideas and advise on logistics.
You will receive Caroline’s planning guides to make preparations as easy as possible, along with an extensive list of Cornwall wedding suppliers bespoke for your style. Caroline and the team will be with you on the wedding day to ensure it runs smoothly. Click here to find out more about planning a wedding at Boconnion.
Boconnion will be available to the couple and your suppliers from 2 pm- 6pm to settle in and start decorating the reception barn and wedding areas. This is the perfect time to chat through the last-minute details of the day with Caroline so you can fully relax once your family and friends arrive. Guests staying on-site are welcome to check in from 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am on the day of departure.
We include a fully licensed, stocked, and manned bar for the duration of your stay, stocked with Cornwall’s local ales, lager, and spirits. Open for drinks as guests arrive between 4pm - 11:30 pm on the day of arrival, an hour before your ceremony and throughout your wedding day until midnight.
Catering
Our prices do not include catering but we work with twelve highly recommended suppliers in Cornwall and will be pleased to help guide you through your menu ideas beforehand to advise the best options for you both and your vision. We have carefully selected caterers who are well-established and regarded in the area and know the estate well. Our choice of caterers represents a good range of price points and styles of food for our couples. We respectfully request that you make your choice of caterer from this selection. Please enquire directly with the caterers for menus and quotations or let us know your brief requirements and we can happily make contact for you to check availability and to request that the caterer contacts you to discuss further.
