Anita and Mark opted for an elopement style, intimate wedding ceremony at Boconnion. The couple were surrounded by their nearest and dearest; their children and parents, and the day brought a tear to everyone’s eye!

Thank you so much Caroline for making our day so magical, you went above and beyond on the day and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend.
— Anita and Mark

Spending the whole weekend at the estate, the couple had plenty of time to spend with their loved ones, relaxing in the Georgian Manor House, making the most of the open fire places, exploring the grounds and sinking into the comfy sofas to catch up with one another.

Anita and Mark chose to get married under the granite porch of the Manor House. Anita’s veil perfectly matched the pink and white roses, that were arranged beautifully by the talented Simon Nickell Design and The Velvet Daisy. She walked up an aisle flanked by rose petals accompanied by her daughter to meet her groom and the rest of her family, before saying ‘I do’ in the fresh Cornish air. The day was meticulously planned by Boconnion’s in-house wedding planner Caroline Griffiths and the ceremony was led by our trusted partner Lisa of Celebrant in Cornwall. Anita, her mother, daughter and the mother of the groom had their hair and makeup done by local Aruba Hair and Makeup, and assistant coordinator Art of Weddings was also on hand.

After the ceremony the family retired to the comfy living room to cut the cake, created by the Crafty Cakehole, and tuck into a delicious, locally sourced feast from Beetham Food. The day was soundtracked by The Cornwall Quartet and captured by Blossoming Exposures.
