“What makes Boconnion extra special is that it’s a beautiful blank canvas - you can truly make it your own. The barn has a gorgeous rustic charm, and the lawns are ideal for entertaining. We went all in: garden games, a saxophonist, live singer, a laid-back BBQ - everything we wanted for the perfect day.
All of our guests were absolutely blown away by the venue - from the stunning properties and the character of the houses, to the setting itself. Whether you’re planning a celebration with just adults or with kids too, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
We had little ones splashing in the pool, friends lounging in the sun, and families soaking up every detail of the space.
A special shoutout must go to Caroline who was nothing short of incredible. Every detail was thought of and accounted for. She was such fun to work with, and no last-minute request was ever too small. The entire day ran without a hitch - she truly is like your wedding fairy godmother!
If you’re still deciding on your venue, we couldn’t recommend this place more - 1000 times over. They also work with a brilliant network of suppliers, which made planning so much easier. Every recommendation was spot on.

Our wedding weekend was nothing short of perfection! Caroline and her team went above and beyond making sure everything ran smoothly from the moment we arrived. From the Friday evening pool party to the Sunday morning walk around the grounds, it was more than we could have hoped for.
One of the best parts is that we could share all of that with our close family and friends who stayed on site with us.

“When we were searching for a venue and we stumbled across Boconnion, we had to view it. From that moment we couldn't stop talking about it. Knowing that family and friends could stay with us on site - we just knew it was the perfect location.
The entire venue is just stunning and perfect for our pool party and games night on the Friday evening to then making the most of the grounds for the wedding.
From check-in emails, face to face visits and planning meetings, Caroline has been incredible. The weekend of the wedding, nothing was too much for Caroline or any of the amazing team. Despite the weather it was seamless and we couldn't have asked for anything more.
We don’t have enough words, as ‘thank you’ will never seem enough. But honestly, to every one of the team and Caroline - you are special people, helping to create lasting memories of which we certainly won't forget and will continue to cherish!”

“Our wedding at Boconnion was nothing short of magical. Although it’s a cliche, it was the most perfect weekend. As soon as we visited, we knew it was the place for us.
Working with Caroline, the in-house wedding planner, was just amazing from start to finish. She really brought our dream to life - catering to all of our slightly crazy plans (archery, alpacas, silent disco) and made them happen. On the day, we debated on whether it was warm enough to have the ceremony outside and Caroline came up with the inspired idea to have guests sit in a circle with fire bowls around to keep them warm. The ceremony was so special because of this and felt so unique. Behind the scenes, she also kept everything flowing - I’d remember to move the welcome sign and realise Caroline had already done it. Tim and his team were also so lovely, making the most amazing cocktails for everyone all night long.
The venue itself is stunning and it was great to have so many people staying on site with us. Our guests absolutely loved their rooms and there were so many things to keep everyone busy in the down time before the wedding. We had a late night dip in the pool the night before and warmed up in the hot tub. Our day went off without a hitch and we’re just so grateful we got to have it at Boconnion. It is such a special place with incredible people. Thank you so much again for the best weekend ever.”
