Caroline, Wedding Planner
Caroline is an independent wedding planner with over 20 years of experience in events, hospitality, and project management. She trained as a chef while managing her family’s Italian restaurant before launching her wedding planning business 15 years ago. Caroline also owns a bridal boutique in Cornwall and is a well-regarded figure in the region’s wedding industry. In 2020, she introduced weddings to the estate, and now has a passion to build the venues reputation. Her global perspective, enriched from travel and time in Australia, along with her Italian heritage ensures each wedding she plans is personal, seamless and unforgettable.

Myriam, Bookings & Events Coordinator
Bookings & Events Coordinator Myriam grew up in Germany where her parents owned and ran hotels, inspiring an early passion for hospitality and guest experience. After training as a Hotel Manager, she met her Cornish husband in Munich and moved to England in 2008 to raise her family. With more than 15 years’ experience across the hospitality and corporate sectors — alongside a decade running a rural holiday cottage business near Cardinham Woods — Myriam is known for her warm welcome, eye for detail and a passion for creating truly memorable stays at Boconnion.
