There are four beautifully renovated luxury holiday cottages at Boconnion in North Cornwall: Boconnion House, Boconnion Stables, Boconnion Barton and Lower Hill. They can be booked individually for families or friends, or together to accommodate larger groups of up to 45 guests.

Boconnion House, Boconnion Stables and Boconnion Barton are part of the main estate of beautifully restored traditional outbuildings, in addition to our main Boconnion Barn. These stylish holiday cottages are close enough to be perfect for larger groups but have also been designed with privacy in mind as separate lets and private places for downtime.

Boconnion House accommodates up to 17 in a grand but relaxed style and comes with a well-maintained tennis court, heated swimming pool, a large, sun-bathed terrace and 4 acres of lawns and gardens. For music, play for yourself on the baby grand piano or listen through the integrated Sonos system.

Boconnion Stables has been designed in a modern romantic style accommodating up to 6 guests. Sleep in a vintage Harrods sleigh bed, bathe in the beautiful copper bath and, in the evenings, relax in the small but perfectly formed walled garden and have dinner under the stars.

Our holiday cottage complete with a hot tub, Boconnion Barton offers relaxed rural accommodation for up to 12 people. As well as the wood-fired hot tub, it comes with extensive lawns, an open-sided barn with table tennis and a terrace for eating al fresco. Inside, the Sonos sound system, upright piano and pool table make for a memorable stay. 

Lower Hill is our more secluded holiday cottage a 5-minute walk away from the main estate and also boasts a hot tub. A smaller, chalet-style property, Lower Hill is nestled amongst the trees and set within a pretty garden. Enjoy views over the valley from the terrace or wood-fired hot tub. Lower Hill sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms, with a separate Summer House available for a further 2 adults.
